Marketing Coordinator

Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator provides essential administrative and project support to the Marketing Department to ensure the smooth execution of marketing operations. This role focuses on scheduling, reporting, project coordination, and event logistics, with secondary support for digital communications and social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Project Support

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Marketing Communications Manager and Director of Marketing, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and project tracking.

  • Maintain organized records of marketing materials, vendor contacts, invoices, and budget documentation.

  • Assist in preparing internal reports and compiling data for campaign analysis and strategic planning.

  • Manage and update internal marketing platforms, including Splashbrands.

  • Track marketing expenses and support the budget reconciliation process.

Event Coordination & Promotional Support

  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events (e.g., Annual Holiday Party, Family Day, New Physician Welcome Party).

  • Assist with event logistics, vendor communications, and on-site coordination.

  • Manage promotional item inventory, including ordering, tracking, and distribution.

Digital Content & Social Media Support

  • Occasionally assist with drafting or editing content for social media, newsletters, and internal communications.

  • Monitor social media channels and flag key messages or engagement trends.

  • Help ensure content aligns with brand standards and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, communications, or event coordination.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Photography and videography experience is a plus, but not required.
